To help you keep your commitments and get results fast, I offer weekly 30-minute coaching sessions. You buy these in packages of ten. The first is the above strategy meeting. I provide a complete framework and program, so you are guided every step of the way.
Each week, we talk at a preset time for 30 minutes. We’ll work through your plan, deal with any issues, and take the next small step forward. Each week, we’ll be adding new exercises and skills, building your longevity platform. We’ll talk about supplements, diet, and things to buy so you can do some work at home. Infinity Club membership
This service is designed for busy people who want to optimize their longevity in the least amount of time.
Includes all meetings, documents, tracking and instruction, app, reminders, calls, video review, and all your supplements sent in a box each month.
In the 2-hour onboarding meeting, we talk about your health history, medical tests, and desires. You should have your blood-test results for this meeting. If you don’t, I’ll send you a list of the tests I want and we’ll start with weight loss and diet. We discuss the blood tests later when you have the data. Generally, we meet 1-2 times per week to get going, and you can ask for a call or send a message and get a reply any time. See the club page for details. Club members get first priority.
Included in the price is all your supplements sent in a box every month. We will start with a basic package and adjust as we go. This does not include prescription medicine, injectables, and other doctor-administered procedures.
We will also provide accountability calls for the first several months. Some clients like a short daily accountability phone call. We are happy to include that service in the first three months, after which we can provide a daily call for an extra charge.
I can also come to you for the first 2-hour meeting and then a 1-hour gym session to get you started at your gym. Extra charge.
